Cracks, leaks, damp?
An engineer comes to see it.

Where should the engineer come?
Fair questions.
An engineer's visit is a qualified person's time on your site. The fee keeps the diary for clients who need us, and you get a professional opinion on the spot, not a sales pitch.
Once the payment is received we confirm the time with you on WhatsApp.
The engineer inspects the problem on site — cracks, leaks, damp, finishes, MEP — explains the cause and what it takes to fix it, and we follow up with a written scope and quote if you want the work done.
