What we deliver

Infrastructure is priced from approved-for-construction drawings, not from photographs — reinforced concrete at roughly AED 415 per m³ and structural steel at AED 3,150 per tonne, against a measured bill of quantities. We build basins, foundations, retaining structures, civil works and carry out licensed demolition.

Reinforced concrete
Basins, rafts, retaining walls and structural frames — formwork, dense reinforcement, placement and testing against a measured bill of quantities.

Structural steel
Fabrication and erection of structural steel to approved drawings, with the BBS priced and checked line by line.

Demolition
Licensed demolition and strip-out with permits, disconnections and disposal handled, and recovered scrap credited against the contract.

Yes. We hold the DED trade licence, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification, and the plant and crews required for infrastructure work. Public projects are judged on documentation as much as on the build, and we run the full daily-record and testing regime as standard.
