A pool with a filling date
in the contract.

Concrete shell, filtration, finishes and the deck around it — priced as one fixed number, with a handover date that carries a penalty if we miss it.

What this covers

From a plunge pool to a full outdoor rebuild.

We design and build reinforced-concrete pools at villas across Dubai — new pools, replacement of failed shells, retiling and equipment upgrades, and the deck and landscaping around them. Structure, waterproofing and MEP are done by our own crews — the same people who pour water-retaining concrete on our infrastructure contracts.

01

New skimmer pool

The standard villa pool: reinforced-concrete shell, sand filtration, LED lighting and a porcelain or glass-mosaic finish. Typically AED 130,000–180,000 for an 8×4 m pool, depending on finishes and equipment.

02

Overflow & infinity

Perimeter-overflow and infinity edges with balance tanks, heavier structure and higher pump duty. Typically AED 200,000–320,000. Levels decide most of the cost, so these are priced after a site survey.

03

Renovation & repair

Failed waterproofing, cracked shells, dated finishes and worn-out plant. Leak diagnosis first, then a fixed price for the repair — typically AED 40,000–120,000 depending on what the survey finds.

What is in the price.

Anything not on this list is either not needed on your project or is priced separately and shown to you before it is ordered.

  • Structural design and a priced bill of quantities — not a lump sum you cannot check

  • Authority and developer approvals — Dubai Municipality, Trakhees or DDA, plus the community NOC

  • Reinforced-concrete shell with waterproofing and a water-tightness test before finishes

  • Filtration plant, pumps, lighting and automation — commissioned and handed over with manuals

  • Finishes, copings and the deck around the pool, protected during the works

  • Defects liability period after handover, in writing

Questions we are asked.

Yes. A swimming pool is a structural addition and needs approval from Dubai Municipality, Trakhees or DDA depending on your community, plus the developer NOC. We prepare the drawings and handle both submissions as part of the contract.

A standard 8×4 m skimmer pool runs eight to ten weeks on site once the permit is issued, plus two to four weeks for approvals. Overflow and infinity pools run ten to fourteen weeks. The filling date goes into the contract with a penalty against us.

A quality reinforced-concrete 8×4 m pool with sand filtration and a porcelain finish is typically AED 130,000–180,000. Overflow and infinity designs start around AED 200,000. A quote far below that is usually saving on the shell or the waterproofing — the two things you cannot fix cheaply later.

Usually, yes. We pressure-test the lines, establish whether the loss is structural or hydraulic, and quote the repair as a fixed price. A full rebuild is the last resort, not the first recommendation.

Yes — decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, glass fencing and planting are priced in the same bill of quantities, so the whole outdoor area is finished by one contractor to one date.
