Know the number
before we visit.

An honest range from our real rate book. If the budget and the work do not match, you will see it here — not after a crew drives to your villa.

Step 1 · your project

Upload a few photos of the space and our estimator reads the level of finish, the wear and the wet zones — then applies our real rates to the area you give. A tighter range than any form, without a site visit.

Photos tell us the scope; you tell us the scale. Together they give a range we can stand behind.

On the way

The LV app measures the room for you.

Walk through the space with your phone and the app builds the plan — walls, doors and dimensions — then returns an estimate on our rates. In development for iPhone first.

About the estimate.

It gives an indicative range, not a quotation. The width of the range reflects how much you tell it — area and finish level narrow it, a rough guess widens it. A firm price only comes after a joint site measure, which is exactly what the range is meant to help you decide whether to book.

So we can both see, before anyone drives out, whether the budget and the scope match. If the work is AED 1,000,000 and the budget is AED 500,000, that is worth knowing on screen rather than after a site visit. It saves your time as much as ours.

No. It is an indicative range subject to a site survey, valid for 30 days as a guide. The final price is fixed in your contract after a joint site measure, and that figure — not this one — is what carries the penalty clause.

A light refurbishment typically runs AED 700–1,200 per m²; a full renovation with MEP replacement, new bathrooms and a new kitchen runs AED 1,600–2,800 per m². The calculator applies these ranges to the area and finish level you enter.
